TAT= Turn Around Time: Meaning this is how long is generally takes me to complete an order. Please note that it may take longer during holidays or sales. 
RTS= Ready to Ship: Meaning these are my items that are already made and ready to be packaged up!

Freshies USUALLY last 3+ weeks. Some scents may last longer than others.  You may become “nose blind” which simply means that you are getting used to the scent and can’t smell it. Just place it in a bag for a few days to “recharge” before hanging it back up and you should be able to smell it again. Your passengers still may be able to smell it even if you can’t!
